Estimation Process
To get started, you just need to send us drawings or bid package along with your requirements via email. We will review the project blueprints as well as specifications and prepare a no obligation quote for you. Our proposal will include the cost as well as the timeframe required to finish the material take-off. If the client accepts the proposal, we send out the invoice and assign the project to our estimation team.
The final estimate is an Excel spreadsheet with all the line items, quantities, materials and labour prices with overheads and profits. We can also follow the client’s format on demand.
