Terms & Conditions

  • The prices included in the detailed estimate are based on market surveys and daily updated online resources like
    RSMeans but we encourage our clients to put their own prices.
  • We do all building trades, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Millwork depending upon the client’s requirement.
  • The estimated trades will be mentioned in the detailed estimate and any missing trade or item should be considered
    as exclusion.
  • Our Take-off is based on scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted.
  • Payment method will be through Credit Card or ACH transfer and payment terms will always be 50% upon approval and 50% before
    submission.
  • Filling out bid forms, any sort of revision and change in drawings, any kind of information forms related to projects will
    be charged separately.
  • We encourage good and long-run business and our rates are far less than the market.

Refund Policy

You might be eligible for a refund if the quantities in the take-off are inaccurate. You can request a refund by emailing us the name of the project and invoice number.

When approved, the payment is refunded using the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to change this payment, refunds policy and terms & conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
